Trooper Kyle Deatherage Memorial
It has been 10 years since the idea of starting The Trooper Kyle Deatherage Memorial became a reality.
It has been 10 years of helping over 100 first responder families across the country. All in Kyle's memory.
But as all good things do, they come to an end.
The Trooper Kyle Deatherage Memorial Board of Trustees and Kyle's wife Sarah have made the very difficult decision to dissolve the memorial as of January 31, 2023.
Our organization must pass our funding over to another 501(c)(3). We have chosen The Tyler Timmins Foundation. This foundation honors the memory of Officer Tyler Timmins, EOW 10/26/21. His wife Linsey and their Board have a similar mission to that of TKDM. This organization helps the families of fallen first responders as well as supports community outreach programs bringing together the police and the public.
Linsey Timmins has assured us that she will help keep Kyle's memory alive with Tyler's as they do their fine work in the community.
Words cannot fully express our gratitude for your support over these last 10 years. None of this would have been possible without your continued support. Thank you simply isn't enough.
Although TKDM has run its course we will never forget Kyle for all he was as a man, friend, brother, uncle, husband, father and officer. We will always do all we can to keep his memory alive.
Thank you all. This has been an amazing ride.
